With her expertise and deep knowledge, our house was priced just right and got tons of offers in a week, and it closed within 10 days. Julie suggested we remodel our house instead of selling it "as is." The remodeling project went super smoothly and efficiently while we were busy traveling overseas. Amazingly, the property sold within a week of being listed, and we didn't even get to see it before the sale was final. The escrow process was handled efficiently with a mobile notary since we'd already moved a few hundred miles away. We highly recommend Julie and will definitely have her as our agent again.
